THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES
Encanto was founded by developers and hoteliers looking for a suitable brand for a condo hotel and vacation ownership deluxe product, this task proved the lack of options in the market for this niche and as a result Encanto hospitality emerged with an unparallel proposal that is the innovative blend of the science of business and the art of hospitality. From day one a basic tenet of the brand was quality standards, and over the years this has grown to become our most widely known and highly regarded brand asset.  All properties associated with the Encanto brands must adhere to minimum operating, facility and service standards as part of the Encanto Standards and quality assurance program. VISION
Encanto hospitality aspires to revolutionize the luxury leisure experience and mixed use concepts by continuing to develop the world's most innovative hospitality business model to become the preferred operator and marketer for Boutique hotels, condo hotels, fractional, destination clubs and time-share properties in Latin America. In May of  2005 Encanto launched the Encanto Collection, a private exchange network for properties under the brand.

The Encanto hotel management team is comprised of an experienced group of condo hotel developers and hotel Marketers, managers and distribution experts, Encanto employs sales, marketing and distribution specialists with principal and representation offices in Calgary, Cancun, United states, and Europe.

·Sales
The region is held accountable for inbound and outbound sales opportunities to increase business to member hotels.  The sales team calls on top-tier travel agencies, corporate travel management companies, incentive agencies, meeting planners, tour operators and large corporations that have travel managers who make decisions on condo hotel and hotel partnerships.

·Property Relations

The Area Managing Director is the local point of contact.  The Area Team will be available to assist with any issues - from brand marketing inquiries to sales questions.  Through ongoing interaction, the regional team will work to meet and exceed mutually agreed upon expectations.

How we operate  Brand Minimum Standards Specifications Encanto hotel Group offers its services based upon pre-determined criteria and service requirements, for example: 
1.Design, FF&E and décor consultancy are implemented according to the brand specifications
2.On-site management and staff are trained to deliver the services required for the brand
3.Any out-sourced services are contracted to deliver to the brand specification 4.Each property is found to be in full compliance with the minimum operating criteria for the brand

Exposure to Target Audiences Through our many sales, marketing, public relations and promotional programs Encanto hotel Group targets the sophisticated and experienced world traveller and attracts this type of consumer through a variety of luxury-oriented lifestyle marketing programs, international events and media opportunities designed to promote extensive exposure for its members around the world.  

Marketing Programs
Encanto provides its properties with international exposure opportunities through an exclusive program called The Annual Marketing Plan.  This plan integrates offline and online opportunities into far reaching programs.  We reach consumers and industry decision makers in preeminent markets. Lead Generation Encanto sales and marketing is focus in bringing customers interested in vacation property. .23% own a wholly owned vacation home and 12% own a fractional, 40% of high income members report an interest in purchasing additional vacation ownership product .33% indicate they intend to purchase within the next 24 months .22% discount off published rate for Encanto Hotel Group affiliates.

External exchange
External exchange is very important to high-income households.  *The ability to exchange within a network was cited as a factor important to the majority of potential vacation ownership buyers.  **Nearly seven out of every ten survey respondents who do not currently own a condo hotel or fractional unit would like the opportunity to exchange time with owners at other resorts.

Encanto sends out a consumer and client newsletter highlighting new offers and news pertinent to the brands.  The e-newsletters reach thousands of regular consumers opting receives information as well as qualified clients, agents and buyers that are known producers. Condo hotel and hotel Showcase Events Showcase events afford your hotel the opportunity to meet one-on-one with the top-producing travel agents, tour operators, meeting planners, and corporate travel managers, selected by the Encanto hotel Group sales staff.  Showcase Events are held in cities such as New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, London, Berlin, Milan and Hong Kong.  Annual events are available on our annual calendar published each year well in advance for planning purposes.

Tradeshows
 Each year, members of the Encanto Sales and Marketing Team attend the top luxury, incentive, business travel and meetings-related tradeshows around the world.  Condo hotel and hotels will be offered the opportunity to showcase their property in the Encanto hotel Group section or booth for increased exposure. 

Encanto Preferred Program ®
Guest Benefit Program provides special consideration for our loyal guests.  Enrolment for our guest is fast and easy.  For member condo hotel and hotels, this is our foundation for permission-based direct dialogue with guests.  Condo hotel and hotels have on-line access to view past and future guests and to query the database for direct marketing purposes.
