Encanto Resorts Collection was created by a group of developers who wanted to offer luxury residence options designed to meet and even surpass the expectations of like-minded and discerning owners who valued the importance of enjoying the best that life has to offer, of sound investment options, of spending their vacation money wisely and of spending quality time together with their loved ones in a privileged and luxurious location.

In January 2006, Paseo del Sol finally became a reality as a full-ownership condominium with two and tree bedroom residences. Located in the heart of Playacar, an exclusive gated community in the Riviera Maya, this fantastic property is nestled among high-end beach resorts, elegant private residences and the magnificent Playacar Golf Club.

Soon after, the need to provide the Paseo del Sol owners with additional resort-style services, year-round maintenance and hassle-free ownership of their units brought about the need to hire the services of a hotel management company in order to meet such demands.

The addition of Corto Maltés in 2007 was the true beginning of the Encanto Resorts Collection brand. It is a magnificent beachfront hotel offering luxurious and spacious accommodations in the heart of Playa del Carmen. 

By mid-2007, the addition of Los Vientos by Encanto, located in the heart of the guard-gated residential, beach resort, marina and golf community of Puerto Aventuras, began the expansion of Encanto Resorts Collection by offering very different, yet all-luxurious options to suit the different lifestyles and preferences of the Encanto family members.

The construction of Encanto El Faro, an exclusive beachfront all-suite resort that will soon become a landmark, as well a household name associated with the finest in full or fractional ownership condo hotels.

Nowadays, Encanto Resort Collection has divided its properties in two distinct categories: Encanto Resorts, which also includes Encanto Aventuras Club, also  nestled in the heart of the Puerto Aventuras, and Encanto Boutique hotels, which has recently added Hacienda Real del Caribe By Encanto, a beautiful hotel evoking the style and splendor of an ancient hacienda, or Mexican plantation house, located just a few steps away from Playa del Carmen's famous "Quinta Avenida".  And this is just the beginning.
